What does natural wine mean?
At Fondo, all of our menus are vegetarian in response to the current political and climatic situation.
We prioritize working with honest wines sourced from small producers we know, fostering a direct connection between the table and the land. Fondo is a fully inmersive experience, each dish harmonizes with the artist's work, as well as the tablecloth, lighting and tablewear. The experience consists of a 6-course meal with wine pairing, and welcome cocktail.
